Hi, I’m Lilli, the Founder of IMMA Collective, where I run a solo practice focused on climate resilience. I started freelancing part-time in 2019, facing all the typical challenges—limited resources, few connections—but managed to grow my practice into a full-time, six-figure global consultancy.
I’ve worked on over 35 projects and taught hundreds of people since 2015. My passion is simplifying complex ideas and accelerating growth for solopreneurs. In fact, Seed brings together everything I wish I had when I first transitioned into the impact space.

Nurture is more for experienced freelancers and independents with over a year under their belt, offering ongoing support and opportunities once you’ve already laid your business foundation.

We don't offer free seats because we've found that the commitment level isn't the same, and our goal is for our participants to make meaningful progress.
